Car Riders

Before School Car Riders
Parents dropping students off should pull forward as far as possible along the fire lane so students may exit on the sidewalk in front of the cafeteria windows.  Do not allow children to exit between parked cars.  Students should also exit vehicles on the right hand side directly along the cafeteria sidewalk.  Duty personnel supervise students until they reach the main entrance.

After School Car Riders
Homeroom teachers will personally release students to parents/caregivers, one at a time OUTSIDE the school doors.  For the safety of our students, ALL PARENTS NEED TO WAIT OUTSIDE THE SCHOOL DOORS.

Students in grades K-2 are picked up in the main parking lot.  Teachers will release students, individually, to parents outside the school building.  Cars should proceed along the fire lane as far forward as possible to the waste receptacles.  Students will board cars from the cafeteria sidewalk.

Students in grades 3-5 are picked up in the bus parking lot.  Students are not released from the building until vehicles have pulled completely forward and parked.  Students must enter vehicles from the right side on the sidewalk.

When picking up students from the primary and upper grade hallways, the primary grade student should exit with his/her teacher and walk to the gazebo to meet the upper grade student who will escort them to the bus lot for pick up.

No adult may pick up a student at the bus without authorization from the office.  Only the office can release a child.
